"The 11th Cycle" is the fresh-original compositional debut of our cellist; Nathaniel Grohmann! It showcases Nathaniel's prolific interest in blending classical stylings with jazz, and bluegrass music string virtuosity and energy!

Inspired by the work of Shostakovich, Nathaniel Grohmann composed "The 11th Cycle" with the important intervallic relationship of the +4, or the TriTone. You can hear it's quality throughout the melody as well as in the intricate harmony from section to section.

We are honored to have included and be featuring our special guest virtuoso mandolinist; Mike Mullins on the track!
